1. Identity of the data controller

Trust23 Integrated Services, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Trust Cargo"), with Federal Taxpayer Registry TIS230710NH8 and tax domicile at Av. del Roble 665-D, Valle del Campestre, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Z.C. 66265, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

2. Personal data we collect

Trust Cargo collects the following personal data when you voluntarily provide it through our website, contact forms, email, or direct communication:

  • Full name
  • Company or organization
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Information about the requested service or quote
  • Cargo transit data (origin, destination, type, weight, volume)

We do not collect sensitive personal data through the website.

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes, necessary for the relationship with Trust Cargo:

  • Respond to quote and information requests about our services
  • Provide transport, logistics, customs brokerage, and related services
  • Comply with contractual, tax, and customs obligations
  • Maintain operational communication related to your shipments
  • Issue tax receipts

Additionally, we may use your data for the following secondary purposes:

  • Sending communications about new services or promotions
  • Statistical analysis to improve our services

If you do not want your data to be processed for secondary purposes, you can express this by sending an email to privacidad@trustcargo.mx.

4. Data transfers

Trust Cargo may transfer your personal data to national or foreign third parties only in the following cases:

  • Registered customs brokers for customs clearance
  • Carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics operators for execution of contracted services
  • Customs, tax, and administrative authorities when legally required
  • Technology service providers acting as data processors (storage, email, CRM)

These transfers are necessary for service delivery and do not require your consent under Article 37 of LFPDPPP.

5. ARCO Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold, how we use it, and the conditions of use (Access). You may also request correction of your information when outdated or inaccurate (Rectification), removal from our records when no longer needed (Cancellation), or object to specific uses (Opposition). These are known as ARCO rights.

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to privacidad@trustcargo.mx with the following information:

  • Full name and contact method
  • Document proving your identity (copy of official ID)
  • Clear description of the data the right concerns
  • Any element that helps locate the data

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days per LFPDPPP.

6. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data at any time by sending a request to privacidad@trustcargo.mx. The withdrawal will not have retroactive effects and may affect the continuity of contracted services.

7. Use of cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and ensure site functionality. You can configure cookie preferences in your browser at any time.

8. Rights for residents of the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions

Trust23 Integrated Services, S.A. de C.V. implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized access. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through the internet.
