Privacy Notice

1. Identity of the data controller

Trust23 Integrated Services, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "Trust Cargo"), with Federal Taxpayer Registry TIS230710NH8 and tax domicile at Av. del Roble 665-D, Valle del Campestre, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Postal Code 66265, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

2. Personal data we collect

Trust Cargo collects the following personal data when you voluntarily provide it through our website, contact forms, email, or direct communication:

  • Full name
  • Company or organization
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Information about the requested service or quote
  • Cargo transit data, including origin, destination, type, weight, and volume

We do not collect sensitive personal data through the website.

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes, necessary for your relationship with Trust Cargo:

  • Respond to quote and information requests about our services
  • Provide transport, logistics, customs brokerage, and related services
  • Comply with contractual, tax, and customs obligations
  • Maintain operational communication related to your shipments
  • Issue tax receipts

Additionally, we may use your data for the following secondary purposes:

  • Sending communications about new services or promotions
  • Statistical analysis to improve our services

If you do not want your data to be processed for secondary purposes, you may express this by sending an email to privacidad@trustcargo.mx.

4. Data transfers

Trust Cargo may transfer your personal data to national or foreign third parties only in the following cases:

  • Registered customs brokers for customs clearance
  • Carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics operators for execution of contracted services
  • Customs, tax, and administrative authorities when legally required
  • Technology service providers acting as data processors, such as storage, email, web forms, analytics, commercial automation, CRM, and technology platforms

These transfers are necessary for service delivery and do not require your consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

5. ARCO Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold, how we use it, and the conditions of use (Access). You may also request correction of your information when it is outdated or inaccurate (Rectification), removal from our records when you consider that it is no longer needed for any purpose (Cancellation), or object to specific uses (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to privacidad@trustcargo.mx with the following information:

  • Full name and contact method to receive a response
  • Document proving your identity, such as a copy of an official ID
  • Clear and precise description of the data related to the right being exercised
  • Any element that helps us locate the data

We will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days in accordance with the LFPDPPP.

6. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data at any time by sending a request to privacidad@trustcargo.mx. The withdrawal will not have retroactive effects and may affect the continuity of contracted services.

7. Use of cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and ensure site functionality. You can configure cookie preferences in your browser at any time.

We may also use web analytics tools focused on measuring website traffic and performance. These tools may collect technical or aggregated information, such as visited pages, traffic source, device type, browser, approximate country or region, and visit date and time, in order to improve our website and services.

8. Use of data from Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp

When you interact with Trust Cargo through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Meta lead forms, messages, ads, or any other tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., we may receive and process personal data related to that interaction.

The data we may receive includes, depending on the channel used: name, company, job title, email address, phone number, user or conversation identifiers provided by Meta, profile or account name, message content, lead form responses, information about the requested service, origin, destination, cargo type, weight, volume, business references, voluntarily submitted attachments, and technical or advertising measurement data when applicable.

This data is used for the following purposes:

  • Respond to information, quote, or commercial follow-up requests
  • Reply to messages received through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp
  • Register opportunities, leads, and communications in our internal systems
  • Prepare quotes for logistics, transport, warehousing, customs brokerage, air freight, ocean freight, ground freight, or related services
  • Provide operational and commercial follow-up to customers, prospects, and providers
  • Measure the performance of campaigns, ads, and forms, when applicable
  • Comply with legal, tax, contractual, customs, and security obligations

Trust Cargo does not sell personal data received through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp. The data may be shared only with technology providers, CRM platforms, authorized Trust Cargo personnel, carriers, logistics operators, customs brokers, or competent authorities when necessary to respond to the request, provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security of the operation.

Meta Platforms, Inc. may process personal data according to its own privacy policies and terms applicable to its platforms. We recommend reviewing the privacy notices and privacy settings of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp directly on those platforms.

9. Deletion of data related to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp

You may request the deletion of personal data that Trust Cargo has received through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp by sending an email to privacidad@trustcargo.mx with the subject line: “Meta Data Deletion Request”.

Your request should include, whenever possible:

  • Full name
  • Email address or phone number associated with the request
  • Platform used: Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp
  • Profile name, username, page, or related conversation
  • Clear description of the data you are requesting to delete
  • Contact method to receive a response

Trust Cargo will review the request, verify the identity of the requester when necessary, and respond in accordance with the timelines applicable under Mexican personal data protection law. Deletion may be limited when there is a legal, tax, contractual, customs, accounting, security, or legal defense obligation that requires us to retain certain information.

You may also manage or remove app connections from your Facebook account under Settings and privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, when that option is available.

10. Rights for residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions

If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, California, or any other jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, LGPD, PIPEDA, CCPA/CPRA, or equivalent regulations, you may have additional rights including access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, and objection. 11. Data security

Trust23 Integrated Services, S.A. de C.V. implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized access. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through the internet.

Trust23 Integrated Services, S.A. de C.V. reserves the right to modify this privacy notice at any time. Modifications will be published on this page with the update date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
